The blend of terpenes in Uplift is formulated to give you that uplifted feeling without the drowsy feeling just CBD gives you. Terpenes found in the Cannabis plant are seen and have the effects of other plants in nature, like beta-pinene in allspice and limonene in citrus fruits. Suggested Use
The serving size is 1ml (full of a dropper) with 30 servings in the 1 oz tincture bottle. Customer recommendations were to start with one serving to start, increasing to two servings (2 full dropper) over time or as needed. Take one serving in the dropper and release it under your tongue, hold for 30 seconds, then swallow, and you’re done.
